We have been operating in the packaging sector for approximately 30 years, producing crates, cages, pallets, and other items according to specific customer requirements. Our packaging is custom-made to meet every size and load capacity requirement. Woodvex Italia also manufactures industrial packaging for sea, air, and land transport, adhering to the various regulations in force in the sector.
FITOK EA BRANDS COMPLYING WITH ISPM 15-FAO
Since 2004, we have been authorized, first by the Lombardy Region and then by the Fitok certification body, to produce ISPM 15-FAO compliant packaging, products made of treated wood, marked FITOK with the issuance of a certificate for export to countries that have adopted this regulation.
RESISTANT AND FLEXIBLE MATERIALS
For our packaging, we use silver fir, sourced from German and Austrian sawmills. Fir has excellent strength and flexibility. It has an axial compressive strength of approximately 38 N/mm2, while its flexural strength is approximately 73 N/mm2.
ECO-SUSTAINABILITY AND ATTENTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT
Traditional packaging may seem like a waste of raw materials. In reality, thanks to the work of the Rilegno Consortium (part of CONAI, of which Woodvex Italia is a member), all our packaging can be 100% recycled, giving new life to this precious material. This is why we can say that our packaging is absolutely eco-sustainable, a perfect example of how recycling can help our planet.
